Leigh Ellis Beauchamp has been a teacher for Augusta County Schools for over two decades. Her passion for theatre was ignited when she was cast as Mrs. Muffin in her 2nd grade play, Do You Know The Muffin Man? However, murder mysteries have a special place in her heart, as she previously performed professionally in this medium for 10 years with Clever By Half Productions. Additionally, Leigh is a self-made thousandaire, and one day hopes to be as happy as the women in yogurt commercials.

In her spare time she doesn't enjoy her day jobs, but she does enjoy escape rooms, travelling (12 states yet to visit!) and heaping love on Momma Cat...a feral cat who came in from the cold after 10 years outside.

He spent his childhood romping around the streets of Waynesboro, VA. He was in 6th grade
when he first took a role in a play, and he immediately loved being on stage. He continued
to act in school and community plays through middle and high school.
He went to college at Virginia Tech where, as one would commonly predict from a kid who
loved the theatre, he majored in physics. While there, he also somehow ended up on a TV
special about American football that aired on Chinese national television. (He only
mentions this to prove he’s just as famous as the Chris Martin from Coldplay).
He continued to take part in community theatre on breaks from college and into adulthood.
After getting his master's in education, he began his career as a physics teacher and
robotics coach at Shenandoah Valley Governor’s School, where he still works today. He
lives in Staunton with his wife, daughter, and cats. When he’s not working or pretending to
be a murder suspect, he coaches youth recreational soccer, goes on hikes, and looks up
videos on YouTube to learn how to fix the various broken things around his house.

Kimberley Baisley-Byers is one of the producers behind Mischief, Magic & Murder, helping bring each production from the first spark of an idea to the final reveal. Working beside co-producer Daniel “Drue” Byers, Director Sarah Cramer, and the M3 cast, Kimberley oversees much of what happens behind the curtain—including production planning, script editing, casting, costumes and props, marketing, partnerships, and the countless details that turn an original mystery into an immersive experience.
She is one of the original collaborators who founded M3 and developed its unique style of murder mystery experience. Kimberley loves finding new ways to bring live performances into unexpected settings. One of her favorite parts of M3 is showcasing the incredible talent of local professional actors while giving audiences the chance to become part of the story.
And while the actors may commit the murders, Kimberley is usually the one plotting behind the
scenes to ensure the shows run smoothly.

Head Mover of Things/Producer/Owner
Daniel “Drue” Byers is the owner and founder of Byers Enterprises, LLC, the parent company behind Mischief, Magic & Murder, Gaming Gone Mobile, and Build-My-Bear. With three entertainment companies under one roof, Drue has built Byers Enterprises around creating memorable experiences that bring people together—from interactive entertainment and special events to the mystery and mayhem of live theatre. As one of the original collaborators who founded Mischief, Magic & Murder, Drue works alongside co-producer Kimberley Baisley-Byers and Director Sarah Cramer to bring each production to life. His role extends well beyond the business side of M3, with a hand in production planning, logistics, technical needs, set-up, and the behind-the-scenes problem solving that keeps performances moving.
Although much of what he does is invisible to audience members, Drue is a key part of every M3
production. Whether he’s helping transform an unexpected venue into a theatre, figuring out how to make an ambitious idea actually work, or handling one of the countless details audiences never see, he helps make sure the company has everything it needs to bring the mystery to life. Some of M3’s best ideas begin with “What if?”—and Drue is often the one who helps us figure out what comes next.
